Sauces   
Cucina Antica sauces are all natural and made exclusively from world-renowned and imported San Marzano Italian plum tomatoes, which we personally travel to Italy to hand select. To make out top quality sauces, we combine these irresistibly full flavored tomatoes with an all-natural, fresh blend of herbs and spices. This combination gives our sauces an exceptional flavor.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil    Our "first cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil" comes from Puglia, in southern Italy. The characteristic qualities of Cucina Antica Extra Virgin Olive Oil are reminiscent of the flowers and fragrances of the hillside Terrain, where the Olives are harvested. The resulting oil has low level acidity, delicate fruitiness and a pleasing peppery finish. You will discover that Cucina Antica Extra Virgin Olive Oil will complement a wide variety of dishes to your utmost satisfaction.

Pasta   

We hope that you will also discover our Pastas, likewise made by local artisans in the Puglia region, who select the finest wheat Semolina to achieve a special blend, which ensures Pasta with the utmost enjoyable texture and flavor. Cucina Antica Pastas are made utilizing traditional methods from only this specially selected Wheat Semolina and spring water. It is then extruded through Bronze dies, followed by a low temperature-drying period, of 24 to 36 hours (depending upon the shape). This Artisanal method is what gives Cucina Antica Pasta its unique Old World Flavor, Texture and integrity.
